Downgrade to Green - MARCOPOLO

Hello to all members..-

My account was downgraded to Green from Diamond (I got it thru amex centurion.-

I have 125k miles on my account with expiration date 2018, but I read that to maintain the min status (green) you need to flight at least 4 sectors.- IS this ok? what will happen to my miles if I do not flight for a year ?
