First thought would be to enter your BA booking reference into the Amadeus Check My Trip system and see what comes up:

I have quite a few issues with BA/US combinations and getting them to show up correctly (EK/IB similarly, for what it's worth) but the bookings themselves have always been fine for me.
In addition, can you see any or all of the itinerary on the US site? If you can, and any part visible on CMT added together makes up the whole, then that should mean all is well.
