This is typical of ANA booking site and we've seen it here many times before. When they change the aircraft on a route they only update seat maps for a couple of months at a time. The seat maps may also get the message - the aircraft is due to be changed, or they may not.
The reason that the seat maps vary by date is that was the original/conservative plan when they were loaded a while ago based the equipment pattern they were using then. I assume the system ANA use for route planning and actual aircraft allocation are different and the seat maps only change when aircraft registrations are firmly added?
The new seat maps will gradually get updated, but all 77W will be IOJ by then.
