Was at the silom tg office friday just before closing. Went to help a newly decorated gold member organise his first 50% award ticket. He wanted shanghai bkk hong kong with a stop in bkk in each direvtion. The counter staff said award tix not possible on such a route let alinr stopovers. She called supervisor on phone who backed her. maybe its because hk is part of china? Does anyone know of other routing restrictions re 50% award tix ?
