I would recommend the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake. It you're going to be down there for an extended period of time, this place would be ideal. They have 1BR and 2BR units, set up more like residences, with full kitchens, etc.
They have golf, a bunch of pools, a waterpark, restaurants, etc. Pretty much anything you need. Not far from all of the Disney parks and Universal.
I'm not sure what you're looking for, but this is the most "vacation-y" place around.
