I received the cards I purchased quickly. Earlier in Jan (I submitted my rebate request on Jan 6) there was a special for buy $300 in VGC and get another $20 VGC. I have yet to receive my $20 VGC though I chatted with them yesterday understanding that the terms say 4-6 weeks, which ended up being all they told me as well and had no update on my order.
I had the same issue. Waiting for my $20 VGC rebate from a Jan purchase.
Submitted a ticket with them. I am very familiar with their easy rebates process, and this is the first time it hasn't come through (it's been marked as sent since mid Feb). Going to wait a couple more days to see if it shows up.
