Without some verbal encouragement to MOVE RIGHT DARN INSIDE very few would willingly shuffle down the aisle and either it would take for ever to load the bus fully or it would leave half-empty. I agree it's not a premium experience but it's the fault of the cattle as much as the guys with the cattle prod. Not you, obviously, nor me, it's the other pax I'm talking about.

I've seen very polite, quietly-spoken requests from staff members completely fail time and time again so they had to bellow so that people actually moved. Bellowing: succeeded. Polite, quiet requests: failed.
Indeed, the cattle was the problem on these occasions. Including the CE cattle and G&SC (Gold and Silver Cattle).
