The assistant to GM checked and confirmed that no email was sent to me. He was very sorry about the situation (and called me three times today to make sure everything is ok at Sofitel, where I received a prestige suite with breakfast, free minibar and late check-out).
Fees for IC will be waved, and my stay at Sofitel is paid by IC.
Free limousine transfer from Sofitel to the airport will also be paid by IC.
I must say that attention given by assistant to the GM was very appreciated.
