I can understand your reactions to my post. Probably because I dared to mention in one sentence that the situation here in the Philippines might have something to do with the domination by the USA for more then 100 years.

No one should be offended when I report how the IC is dealing with upgrades at this moment. It might be better next week, next month.

I am still under shock what I saw on my ride from the airport to the IC. I did not see similar living conditions in neighboring Vietnam or Thailand.
