I'd guess they'll flag your rental before you get there. A few suggestions:

1. Make backup reservations for any upcoming avis rentals.
2. Have your employer contact their Avis rep to see if they can do anything for you regarding your DNR status.
3. Can you get a new license from another state? Maybe Avis won't notice because your DL# won't be the one attached to thr DNR.
