Oh, stop it. The crew obviously get regular CPR practice and refreshers on using the defibrillator. No one would expect them to administer drugs.

Probably the best personnel to have on board if you have an emergency would be EMTs who are used to working with limited equipment and supplies but practice doing it every day and who are adept at putting in IVs and intubating patients (though I don't recall seeing intubation equipment on board).
