TA reviews from yesterday:

"They will be changing tomorrow to a Dream resort as they were bought out."

"Party was told that all reservations would be honored but Hilton is in the works of unloading this and should be closed in 2 weeks. Hilton honors already booked will be honored, new likely not accepted/available...website booking verifies inability."
