So, I am having the same issue. I initially could not enter my flying blue number into an online booking I made for 3. Then it finally took my flying blue number after a few weeks. Now I'd like to change that number so that my Garuda number is entered instead of my flying blue number and it does not allow me to change.
The bookings were made on Air France's website.
