I am wondering if you more experienced Avios flyers can help me. I just booked a flight on US for next weekend from PHL to SAV. I had to call because the flight I needed was available on US but not showing on BA. BA likewise had trouble booking it and took forever to do it, and then the agent told me the "back office" had to do something with it due to a computer error.
I have a confirmation number online and a US confirmation number. Avios have been debited from my account but my credit card has not been charged for the fees. Importantly, the flight has not been ticketed yet.
I am concerned because while the flight number is correct, on the BA site it has incorrect details for the flight (ie, it says there is a stop over in MKE which is inaccurate.
Should I be concerned with this? I have another Avois flight that day which I will cancel if this ever gets resolved, but I don't want to be stuck with 2 flights.
