Hopefully reps don't know what they're talking about in regards to offline PIN. It'd be great if it was offline PIN even when they switch to MC. They could always go with the Barclaycard way down the road in regards to changing PIN and having it rewritten during a purchase, or BMO and using an ATM. I wish UNFCU would just remove the 1% FTF. I've emailed them several times regarding it, and they are 'looking into it' but are dragging their feet.
