Family pooling is the "Duck's Guts", or otherwise a very good benefit.

Two adults (including yourself) and up to four under 18 all 'living at the same address' can pool points and SC's.

Note that eligible flights cannot be pooled, you still need personal travel on at least 4 point/SC earning VA flight numbers to get SG status - (8 for WP).

So a trans-tasman return trip earning SC's for two adults and three children if pooled will earn the recipient 200 SC's and 2x5xPoint earn. (e.g. AKL-MEL-AKL in discount economy earning at 50% will garner 8,190 points.)

I like WP over SG - it gives available front row economy seat preselection on booking, + 3 guests in domestic Lounges (including Koru).
