After joining QFF I can use the award search engine to show availability, and the number of points required, but not the cash co-payments. I think this is because I do not have sufficient points in my account. Is there a way to see the surcharges before transferring?
No idea. By "rates" I was referring to the number of points/miles required for redemption, as opposed to YQ/fees. Sorry if I confused you.
