I have been using Galleries First in T5 now for about 4 months and may have visited it about 10 times. I have always had a nice time in Galleries Club upstairs. Staff there I think are a bit more helpful. They would proactively come up to me and ask if I needed any food or drink. I did send in feedback to Executive Club and customer service but with no real results. any suggestions? I hate to be going back to Galleries Club. It is also a bit awkward asking fellow passengers to help.
Don't even ask me what a disaster the entire assistance thing at T5 is.
Are there different staff in GC vs GF? I am surprised. It might just be bad luck—although not much consolation if you're hungry of course.
You could ask a fellow passenger if he could flag down a passing lounge agent if he sees one, but I suppose that's not really what you want to be doing.
