IHG is my second program, after Marriott, and gets about 10-20 nights pa.

I'm planning a roadtrip and needed 60k points so decided to take advantage of this offer, cheap points at only £99 for 60k! I received the card yesterday and it looks from this thread like the status could be updated as early as next week, nicely in time for a pre-Easter HI family stay. Mind you, as a year-on-year Plat during the days of easy qualification, Plats wasnt that much and apart for the arrival points it looks like little has changed.

Mind you, its kinda nice to be back at the top of the tree, though at IHG the tree is more like a stunted bush!
