On the whole, taxi drivers in HK aren't bad. But my biggest pet peeve is, when I take a cab to HK or Kowloon Station with luggage, the driver will nag you to let him drive you straight to the airport every single time. Some are very persistent about this. In fact, there was one time when I kept telling him no, but the guy became argumentative and in the end I had to give up and he forced me into a ride all the way to the airport. Recently I've learned to just lie and say that I've already bought the return tix on Airport Express.
