Nope, I've only ever arrived and departed from gate 301/302 (which is, incidentally, the old British Midland gate...). The issue for me is that the LCY turnaround is pretty tight and they don't mess around; on both occasions the outbound passengers were ready to board as we were walking in from the tarmac. So LCY back to back is do-able, but tight.
