I was contacted yesterday by Flight Centre telling me that Virgin Atlantic have cancelled my return flight at the end of April! No explanation at all?
I was told I could go a day earlier or a day later. This is very inconvenient as I had already made arrangements for getting to the airport which is a distance from where I will be staying in America and arrangements to get home.
I asked about compensation and the girl virtually laughed, as if it was no disruption at all, which it certainly is.
Any suggestions? I have yet to make a decision, but will need to soon as only a week until my outbound flight.
