I did not renew my EF subscription after United disconnected them from upgrade space ('R') availability. To me that was a very useful feature and that's the ONLY reason I paid $99 for the annual subscription. Now I have to do manual searches on ua.com which is frustrating and time consuming. Would KVS tool be an option for me or did United cut them off to?
