Hi!

I'm planning a trip to Luang Prabang (Laos) and found two hotels that are "managed by Accor", but are not actually an Accor brand (e.g. "3 Nagas Luang Prabang"). Does anyone know if these hotels offer any benefits for Platinum members or do they not participate in the Le Club programme?
