I will certainly visit Les Bouquinistes then.
Les Bouquinistes is open every day.
It was high on my list too as I tried Guy Savoy's lunch deal last time I was in Paris and loved it.
I will look into your other suggestions as well.
The L'avant Comptoir counter sounds ideal for a light dinner if they are open in the evening.
