You need to call customer service and ask them to open an ITR. 855-257-2581 option 2. Risk called me in 3 days after that and i referenced the ITR. It took 14 days for me to get my money back after that.
Thanks for the number. In case anyone else was looking for it via search, Risk Management is at: 1-855-257-2581 option #2. The agent was very kind and stated they would send me a check for the balance and apologized that after submitting multiple ITR tickets no one had reached out to me. She offered me the option that I could open a new account and transfer the funds but if my activity continued it would result in a permanent blacklist from Bancorp. I declined.
