I wonder, though, whether it would be possible to have an automated process to add a "Budget"/ "Dollar"/etc... prefix to the threads from the fora subject to closure (as well as enable thread prefixes for these for new posts). This would have the side advantage of nudging posters towards using thread prefixes, which would be useful in a relatively heterogeneous forum.
