Is an ITR their internal tickets? If so I've had three. No replies or calls. The time elapses each time and they say they'll make a new ticket and give me the number of it.
Not sure what it stands for but that is what Risk mentioned when they called me. Risk told me that sometimes they enter it wrong and I actually had to open a new one. he said he couldn't process my refund without an ITR.
