Angry Worst travel experience with LUFTHANSA [no CR response to excess baggage fees]
Hi,

I registered a complaint at lufthansa for charging excess baggage fees(Even though it is not excess) at "[email protected]". I still haven't received any reply from them. It's been more than a month. Is there any other way to contact them?
