I had the same issue today. Balance showed N/A, but posted 20 mins later. And one $1000 load was reversed after I got home. After half hour on hold, I was able to speak to customer service and he checked with the technical dept. and told me the transaction was not reversed actually. The technical team is aware of the issue and working on it and will put the money back. He told me to hold on the receipts in case they need to verify when putting the money back.
