The gentleman I spoke on the phone with said that they were experiencing issues with the loads today and all loads should be posted within 24 hours, if not he said to call back.
Yeah, mine did the two receipt thing as well. The AMEX CSR I talked to said 10 days....so here's to hoping your guy is better informed and it's actually 24 hours. Either way....I can stomach the 10 days. Worst case, the loads start working again and I load some more to pay my bills and just MS the original load. I have to say though, if I were one of their targeted consumers who used this in lieu of a bank account, I would be pissed.
