I fly this route often and the middle bulkhead seats in Y are nearly always booked with small kids. There are more small children on this route with ex-pats back and forth and the locals etc so I would avoid middle bulk head in any class at all costs. Row 26 in Y on the wings is ok but there is no window so a bit dull. All the recent flights I have taken on the 777 have been refurb with new IFE which is miles better than the old stuff. Food is meagre to say the least so you might want to consider taking a sandwich or making a cheese sandwich in the lounge and saving it for later.
