I don't have the issues that some seem to have here with AC and rude flight attendants, but I have to say that I found the soft product on NZ to be superior to AC by a significant margin. Unfortunately I don't fly that way very often or else I would fly them more often. It's been a while since I flew NZ, but I do recall they were quite stingy with earning Aeroplan points, although this my have changed.
