Mulitple survey requests - why waste my time?
Am I the only one who has received multiple requests from Mr Hillier in the last few days to complete surveys which will only take 10/15 minutes to complete?
Based on your recent visit to ba.com, we would very much welcome your opinions about certain aspects of your experience, and would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes completing our survey.
Why should I waste my time with completing surveys when all the decisions seem to be based on the accountants employed by BA, rather than the travelling public? To top it all they can't even get the e-mail campaigns straight - I got this just now.
