I use to use the CIP terminal and when on the way to it I once asked to get some duty free, and the buggy driver told me it wasn't available ... but she stopped the buggy and used her pass and went into departures with my passport cash and originating BP and got my stuff for me. I thought there is no duty free on entry.

I'm sure someone will clear this up.
