I must admit I found this confusing as I understood that duty free purchases are only available to transit and departing passengers and not arriving passengers, and that they become liable to taxes if you wish to enter Singapore.
Is that incrrect?
looks to be. the link noted seems to set out the process. i wish i found it earlier and could have saved a few bucks on a bottle of JW.
oh well. perhaps they will have another sale between now and tomorrow night....i doubt it, however.
