I got an email today about being re-accommodated on the direct flights instead of transiting England. My flights are in late October.
Anyway, at the bottom of the email it said that if I have any trouble to give them a call and provided a link to their website:

If you visit, it prompts you for a login to the Etihad VPN. They sent out an email with a link to internal-only resources!! (Actually, I'm surprised the website was smart enough to redirect me to a login page on their VPN appliance.) The valid URL is:
http://www.etihad.com/about-us/contact-us/our-offices/
Just take out the .test part of it and you're good to go. Thought I'd share because it's kind of hilarious.
