Looks fine to me, no idea what the issue, seems to have resolved itself what ever it was.
I was accessing it via the "Change your seat for itineraries booked through a travel agent" route. I am booked in Y but waitlisted for upgrade. I suspect it is that combination of things that was never tested properly. It is still doing the same thing when accessed via that route.
