Yes - everything online and my email led me to believe I am ticketed. But since I was not charged, it makes me anxious. I have DEN-CGK booked - so I don't want to show up and not have a ticket to get to my final destination.

I did email them to inquire, so hopefully they will get back to me. I didn't even think they would have U.S. offices I could contact - but I now see that I can call one of those.
