I just chased up my status match the other day without success yet, plus I never got awarded miles for my domestic a few weeks ago until I called - no reason.
However, I love the LR service, reliability and looks like their domestic redemptions are great value with loads of availability - inevitably I suppose.
So sad to see them go - yes, I was too late to discover them as well.
Misguided loyalty won sadly.
