If the cot seat hasn't appeared yet for tomorrow's flight I would suggest it must be booked. They reliably appear at lunchtime on the third day before travel if available.
It has appeared but just wont let me book as of yet and I am Gold. This is my usual experience for when i travel West in Club and looking to get the middle 2 cot seats so fingers crossed i will still be able to nab it.
