I'm sure PLeblond is quite trustworthy, but if it makes you feel any better, I've flown 160 a number of times, including just a few weeks ago, and it's a full breakfast in J.

As for what's in the MLL, you never know what you'll get in YYC these days, but the last time I was in there in the early morning (I think it was actually before that flight on 160), they had some pancakes and maple syrup that were surprisingly good.

If they have those, and you like pancakes, they're definitely preferable to what you'll get on the plane. I would have the pancakes then take the healthy option (minus the oatmeal) on the plane for some fruit content. Also helps to space out the eating somewhat.
