Howdy, all! Just walked in the door from a very tidy credit run on WN. $29 one way fare for OAK-ONT [before the overnight stay was instituted]. Left OAK at 8:45 AM. Got back to OAK at 12:05 PM. Ticket cost was $75.00. Total door-to-door time burned was seven (7) hours. Gas was $5.00, parking was $7.70 and bridge toll was $2.00. This ninety dollar ($90.00) outlay yielded four (4) WN credits - 25% of a free ticket. This
is the equivalent of 5,000 miles on a carrier offering a 20K mile domestic award,
or 6,250 miles on a carrier with a 25K domestic award. Well under $0.02 per mile.
