The (to be, sometime) ANA lounge is the one long-promised in the non-Schengen area - i.e. the long pier that serves UK, Brasil, Cabo Verde and other exotic destinations.

That work has not yet started is depressing, but not entirely unexpected...
I think I have worked out where it will be, namely immediately after passport control, on the left, before the Porsche shop. There seems to be a lounge being built there. It can't be very large, but it would be very well located, unlike the other LIS lounges.
