Seat map for 447 DEN-FRA in May still shows just rows 81-82-83-84.
Looking at the seatmap on LH.com it looks like the 744 with retrofitted C on upper deck on some dates and the 744 with the seat-and-bed combo sold as C on other dates. I have not been able to find any dates when F is sold on this route in May but I've only checked the first week or so.
