$187 isn't much. $5000, I think, is a better deterrent.

And the CAAV STILL didn't fine the full amount possible!
Yeah, he can't be smoking on the plane. He should known better!!! It's against the regulations. He had to wait to landed and he can leave from the aircraft. He can smoke outside the terminals. Smoking is prohibited.
