Delighted to announce that I used the APEC line successfully (which is shared for disability / diplomatic passports) last night at TPE with only one person ahead of me. The officer took a look at my APEC card. Stamped the passport, even wrote "APEC" next to the stamp. Doesn't really matter as I would get 90 days anyway, but interesting nevertheless.
