Littegirl out but apparently there's rarely a flight that goes by where pax (especially CE) are not complaining about the legroom/seats with new config. Is she referring to the new cabin, is that ex-LGW as well? bmi aircraft excepted. I'm not a very regular LGW flyer.
At LGW, they have a different design with the open front which the cabin crew will not like at all and also customers that are used to flying on the 737. Quite a few of their aircraft are the ex BMI ones with much smaller galleys that the cabin crew really must hate because at LHR we hated them too.
I can promise you that I have not had a CE customer mention the legroom for literally months. Maybe you are all getting used to it at LHR! Or maybe I am just very fortunate not having to placate people over this issue!
I do see that here on FT a lot of you have a problem with the new cabins but out actually flying on these aircraft every day, I really am not getting any comments now other than some people asking if they are new aircraft. If people were really moaning all the time, I would tell you. The one thing I am is honest.
As I said before, maybe CE customers are just used to it now more than at the start, I am not sure.
