Question Crediting to Virgin

For NZ domestic flights, the only discount economy fare classes you can earn VA SC would be Q, H and M, which will get you 10SC throughout (longest direct domestic flight pair of AKL-DUD isn't even >750miles). So the cheapest domestic fares (including "Grab-a-Seat" and Nightrider deals) aren't eligible.

Under NZ, they earn: 18SP (Q) / 20SP (H) / 23SP (M) booked "Seat" only. +1SP for "Seat+Bag".

For NZ long haul flights (not part of the TT alliance), almost all booking classes down to sale/discount economy are eligible, with the amount of SCs based upon distance travelled.

You can of course split FF earn/benefit, making sure you use your VA FF in "FQTV" field and your current NZ FF in "FQTS" (refer to this: http://maphappy.org/2014/02/how-to-j...ms-seamlessly/)

However this feature isn't accessible by yourself online, and usually only done by the call-centre or travel agency if you booked your flights that way.

As far as NZ based Credit Card goes, American Express offers the Platinum Edge card which allows transfers to VA at rate of 1 Amex = 0.5 VA points.

There are no NZ based CC which offers Virgin Status Credit earn.
If you have been upgraded (standby) on AIRNZ flight and have your boarding pass can you still change the crediting to Velocity ?
