I want to make a reservation at the Hyatt Centric Chicago in mid May. The hotel is taking reservations for my date, and is selling something called "Suite". I tried to use a DSU for my date, and was told that since the hotel is not yet open, they cannot process a DSU. DSU's are not able to be used until after a hotel is open for business. I could have sworn in past years I used a DSU at a hotel that was not yet open...is this a new policy?
